On the wind-swept plains of Rohan, Théoden faces the kind of decision no king wants to make. The Warg-riders have been repelled, but at a cost his already thinning ranks can't afford. There's no time to grieve, no time to bury the dead — only time to move, and move fast. "Get the wounded on horses; the wolves of Isengard will return. Leave the dead."

This statue captures Théoden mid-survey of that exact moment — not triumphant, not glorious, just a king weighing the brutal arithmetic of survival. His sword, Herugrim, hangs heavy at his side; his travelling garments are richly embroidered yet clearly practical for the road; his cloak lifts slightly, caught by the same wind sweeping the plains around him. It's a portrait of leadership under pressure rather than leadership on display.

Digitally sculpted by Weta Workshop artist Daniel Holland and drawn directly from original props and costume references, this 1:6 scale statue depicts Théoden on the road to Helm's Deep, exactly as seen in The Two Towers. Crafted primarily from polystone and measuring 32.5 x 20 x 20cm, this is a genuinely human addition to any Lord of the Rings collection — courage in despair, not victory.
