Cancellation policy

Orders placed as preorders or through purchase options (including interest registration and allocation sign-ups) are subject to the following cancellation terms:

Preorders may be cancelled by the customer at any time before the product has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the cancellation request being confirmed.

Once a preorder has been dispatched, it is subject to our standard return and refund policy.

FolioTCG reserves the right to cancel a preorder in the event that stock cannot be fulfilled. In this case, a full refund will be issued automatically with no action required from the customer.

Preorder prices are estimates and may be adjusted prior to dispatch. If a price decreases, customers will be charged the lower amount. If a price increases, customers will be notified and given the option to cancel before any additional charge is applied.
