RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At FolioTCG we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
Your Right to Cancel
As a UK customer purchasing online you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. To exercise this right contact us at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in original sealed packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect — we recommend using a tracked service. Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5—10 business days.
Pre-Orders
If you have placed a pre-order and we are unable to fulfil it you will receive a full refund automatically — no action is required on your part. If you wish to cancel a pre-order before dispatch contact us at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk and we will process your refund in full.
Rare Finds & Back Catalogue Products
Products listed in our Rare Finds section are sourced from secondary market suppliers and are final sale. Returns are not accepted on Rare Finds products unless the item arrives faulty or incorrectly described.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances: unwanted items returned after 14 days of delivery; items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging; change of mind after the 14 day cancellation window has passed; opened sealed trading card game products of any brand unless faulty; and products purchased from our Rare Finds section unless faulty or incorrectly described.

You can request and manage your return directly through your FolioTCG account. Log in at account.shopfoliotcg.co.uk to submit a return request and track its progress. Alternatively contact us directly at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
