About Us FolioTCG is a trading name of MRK-ECOM LTD, Company No. 16527293, VAT No. GB516399957, registered in England and Wales. Registered address: Mailbox 102, 4 Blenheim Court, Peppercorn Close, Peterborough, PE1 2DU.

Orders & Pricing All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Pre-Orders By placing a pre-order you agree to pay the full amount at the time of ordering. Pre-orders are fulfilled subject to stock availability. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order you will receive a full refund. Dispatch dates are estimates and may be subject to change. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Rare Finds Products listed in our Rare Finds section are sourced from secondary market suppliers. These products are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly described. All Rare Finds products are sealed and authenticated before listing.

Product Descriptions All trading card game products are sold sealed. We cannot guarantee specific cards or pulls from booster packs or boxes — all sealed products are sold as presented. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may vary from the actual product received.

Authenticity Every product sold by FolioTCG is 100% sealed and sourced through legitimate UK distribution channels and approved wholesale partners. We do not sell unofficial, counterfeit or resealed products.

Intellectual Property All trading card game names, images, characters and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners including but not limited to Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, Ravensburger and Fantasy Flight Games. FolioTCG makes no claim to any of these intellectual properties.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, FolioTCG / MRK-ECOM LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
