What TCGs do you stock? We stock sealed products across a wide range of trading card games including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Lorcana, Dragon Ball Super, Star Wars: Unlimited, Flesh and Blood, Sorcery: Contested Realm and many more. We are constantly expanding our range.

Are your products sealed and authentic? Yes — every product we sell is 100% sealed and in original manufacturer packaging. We source directly from approved UK distributors and trusted wholesale partners. Sealed & Authentic — Every Order.

What is a Booster Box? A Booster Box is a sealed box containing multiple booster packs from a TCG set. The number of packs varies by game and set — for example a Pokémon Booster Box typically contains 36 packs while a Yu-Gi-Oh! Booster Box contains 24 packs. Booster Boxes offer the best value per pack compared to buying packs individually.

What is an Elite Trainer Box? An Elite Trainer Box (ETB) is a premium Pokémon TCG product containing booster packs, card sleeves, dice, condition markers and a collector's box. ETBs are the perfect all-in-one product for players and collectors alike.

What is a Half Booster Box? A Half Booster Box contains 18 booster packs — half the contents of a full Booster Box. They offer a great middle ground for collectors who want more packs than a single purchase but aren't ready to commit to a full box.

What is a Collector Booster Box? A Collector Booster Box is a premium MTG product containing packs specifically loaded with foil cards, alternate art treatments and rare card variants. They are designed for collectors chasing the most premium versions of cards.

Do you sell single cards? No — we specialise in sealed products only. We do not sell individual cards.

What condition are your products in? All products are brand new and factory sealed in original manufacturer packaging.


PRE-ORDERS & BACK IN STOCK

What is a pre-order? A pre-order allows you to secure an upcoming product before it releases. We dispatch pre-orders as soon as stock arrives — typically on or around the official release date. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

What is Back in Stock? Our Back in Stock section features older or harder to find products that we have managed to source. Stock levels are limited so order quickly to avoid missing out.

When will my pre-order ship? Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as stock arrives with us — typically on or around the official release date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Can I cancel a pre-order? Yes — you can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does delivery cost? We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £75. Orders under £75 are charged at £3.95 for standard tracked delivery.

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of payment being confirmed.

Do you offer tracked shipping? Yes — all orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent tracked courier service. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Can I track my order? Yes — you will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Use this to track your delivery on the Royal Mail website.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns policy? We accept returns on sealed products within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original sealed condition. Please contact us at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk before returning any item.

What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk within 2 business days of delivery. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

What if I receive the wrong item? Please contact us immediately at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk with a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent as quickly as possible.


PAYMENT & SECURITY

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal via our secure Shopify checkout.

Is it safe to pay on your website? Yes — our store is fully secured with SSL encryption. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We never store your card details.


LOYALTY & GIFTS

Do you have a loyalty programme? Yes — we offer a loyalty points programme where you earn points on every purchase. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Create an account to start earning today.
