SHIPPING POLICY

FolioTCG ships to all addresses within the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Options
We offer two delivery options at checkout. Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) typically takes 2—3 business days. Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) delivers the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Standard tracked delivery is free on all orders over £75. Orders under £75 are charged £4.49 for standard tracked delivery. Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge.
Dispatch Times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1—2 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as stock arrives with us — typically on or around the official release date.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are held until stock arrives and dispatched as soon as possible after the official release date. If a pre-order item is ordered alongside an in-stock item we will hold the full order until the pre-order is ready unless you contact us at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk to arrange a split shipment.
Rare Finds
Products from our Rare Finds section are in stock and dispatched within 1—2 business days of payment confirmation.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to protect your items in transit. Sealed products are wrapped securely to prevent damage during shipping. We use appropriate box sizes and void fill to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
International Shipping
We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping may be available in the future — check back for updates.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk within 2 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
