UK Delivery We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
- Standard delivery (Tracked 48): 2—3 business days
- Express delivery (Tracked 24): next business day
Shipping Costs
- Orders under £75 — £3.95 standard tracked delivery
- Orders over £75 — free standard tracked delivery
- Express delivery — available at checkout for an additional charge
Dispatch Times In-stock orders are dispatched within 1—2 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as stock arrives with us — typically on or around the official release date.
Pre-Orders Pre-order items are held until stock arrives and dispatched as soon as possible after the official release date. If a pre-order item is ordered alongside an in-stock item we will hold the full order until the pre-order is ready unless you contact us at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk to arrange a split shipment.
Rare Finds Products from our Rare Finds section are in stock and dispatched within 1—2 business days of payment confirmation.
Packaging All orders are carefully packed to protect your items in transit. Sealed products are wrapped securely to prevent damage during shipping. We use appropriate box sizes and void fill to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
International Shipping We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping may be available in the future — check back for updates.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at hello@shopfoliotcg.co.uk within 2 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
