Time Stranger is the twenty-fourth booster set in the Digimon Card Game, the first set inspired by the Digimon Story: Time Stranger video game, plunging players into the Digital World: Iliad where agents Dan Yuki and Kanan Yuki of the secret organisation ADAMAS investigate catastrophic digital anomalies known as Phase Electron lifeforms in near-future Shinjuku.

Featuring the legendary Olympos XII guardians of the Digital World with Jupitermon as the headline Secret Rare, wielding devastating security manipulation and late-game recovery, alongside the fearsome Titan archetype led by Titamon fused with SkullBaluchimon in a trash-fuelled combo strategy unlike anything seen in the Digimon Card Game before.
