This item is not held in our UK warehouse but is in stock with our European distributor. When you place a Special Order, we order it in specifically for you.

Lead Time
Special Orders typically arrive with us in 10-15 working days. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on the distributor's processing and shipping schedules.

Stock Availability
Our distributor's stock system is not linked to ours. We manually check availability when listing items, but on rare occasions an item may sell out before we place your order. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

Payment
Full payment is required at checkout. This is because we commit to the order with our distributor as soon as you place it.

Returns
As this item is ordered in specifically for you, Special Orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged. Please ensure you are happy to proceed before placing your order.

Packaging
We carefully pack your items in additional packaging to ensure they arrive in good condition. Please note that we cannot guarantee pristine packaging — minor imperfections to outer packaging are not considered a reason for a discount or return. If the product itself is damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
